1600 children are born deaf in the UK every year. Deaf children are vulnerable to bulling, isolation and low self esteem. By donating to Swindon & North Wiltshire Deaf Children's Society you are supporting a deaf child and their family to understand more about their deafness and make friends with other deaf children, to meet with other parents of deaf children so they don't feel so alone and gain much needed support. The DCS also works with audiology and the Teachers of the Deaf to support the best service being delivered to our deaf children.
