We are four Special Constables based on the Bury district of Greater Manchester Police who have teamed up to raise vital funds for the Manchester Friendship Circle—and we’re putting ourselves to the test!

In one day, we’ll be hiking 18 km, abseiling 100 feet, and canoeing 2 km to support this incredible charity. It’s a huge challenge, but knowing the difference The Friendship Circle makes in people’s lives is all the motivation we need.need

So here's something about the fantastic work of the Manchester Friendship circle. Every day, individuals with disabilities face challenges of loneliness and isolation. For the past 16 years, The Friendship Circle has been dedicated to enriching their lives through fully inclusive social and recreational programmes. By building confidence, fostering friendships, and promoting independence, they help their members feel a true sense of belonging within the community.

Since The Friendship Circle receives no government funding, they rely entirely on donations from generous supporters like you.
