Oakhaven Hospice provides specialist palliative care and support to those facing life-limiting illness and their loved ones in both a home and hospice setting.

A very close friend of Sean our Team Captain will unfortunately require the services of the Oakhaven specialist nurses, doctors, counsellors and physiotherapists ease physical symptoms and offer psychological, spiritual and social support.

In addition Oakhaven provided support to the grandparents of our newest team member Sam Holtom during there unfortunate time of need.

They have already provided invaluable help and support to his friend and his family with a blend of expertise and compassion, the team offers support for people when they need it most.

We will be raising money in honour of those friends and family Oakhaven have supported.
