Martha's Dancing Heart is a charity set up by my mate Michelle Graham after her daughter, Martha was born with a permanent heart defect. Cardiff & Vale Health Charity use the funds raised by MDH to support families and babies with heart conditions.

For the third year in a row my daughter (Eva) and I - along with our newest recruit Josef are running the Cardiff Half Marathon.

Between the three of us we aim to raise £1200 (£400 each) which will directly support babies and families in Wales.
