This year’s World Down Syndrome Day themes is Never Alone and it reminds us that what truly matters is inclusion, friendship, and community. Our families are joining together to complete the parkrun, celebrating the amazing potential of our young people and the strength we share as a family of families.

It will be a celebration of inclusion, community and potential, everyone can join in, have fun, and make a real difference.

👣 Every pace we take together symbolises the strides we're making towards a world where individuals with Down syndrome are supported to fulfil their potential and thrive.
