Story

Thea and Rob are taking on the challenge of running the TCS London Marathon 2024 to raise money for Leonard Cheshire Disability.

From past experience, we both know how hard training for and running a marathon is, but we feel so grateful that we able to tackle the challenge.

We were shocked to learn that one in five of us will become disabled at some point in our lives. Many will become disabled after an accident, or from a stroke, cancer or developing conditions like multiple sclerosis or motor neurone disease. These life-changing circumstances can stop people in their tracks.

With your help, Leonard Cheshire Disability are supporting everyone to live, learn and work as independently as they choose, whatever their ability. Our fundraising will contribute towards helping to make sure these people can live a full life, and achieve their dreams.

We know that finances are being stretched right now, and that is why we thank you so much for your kindness in donating any amount to our fundraising for this amazing cause.
