And so, here it is! Team Hope4 will be scaling the world's highest free-standing mountain in January 2024.

I've not trained for anything in more than ten years and already, the newly initiated training regime hurts.....it hurts bad.

But the pain I will endure for a season, is no match for the pain and heart-ache we address every day of our lives here in Moldova, Ukraine and now Turkey.

Devastation knows no borders and neither does our love and response.

You friends have proved over and over again, what is possible, when we work together. Together #WeAreHope4
