At Fair Havens inpatient unit we care for our patients & their families with Tenderness during the most fragile moments of life, our care at Havens is nothing short of inspiring. We are able to bring light where there is darkness and calm where there is chaos. We hold the hand of grief and turn it gently toward dignity and peace.

As colleagues we lift one another up, laugh together, carry each other’s burdens, share biscuits and stories, and cry when words fail. And in all that, create something sacred, an environment where love is visible through action.

Until you have experienced or witnessed Hospice Care whether that be as a patient or a family member you will never understand just how precious and vital Havens IPU is to so many local families.

We often fundraise at Haven's Hospices as we are a charity & the money goes to daily running costs of little Havens & Fair Havens In patient unit.

£8000 is a HUGE amount of money & we rely heavily on the kind donations from members of the public. All the money raised from our wing walk will be coming DIRECTLY to the in patient unit & used specifically to purchase items on our wish list that will enhance our patient care & experience.
