Campaign by North London Hospice (RCN 285300)
Join us in celebrating the heroes who makes our work possible. Every day at North London Hospice, heroes walk among us. Some wear capes, others wear scrubs, and many stand beside us – as friends, family and compassionate community members.

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

This year, we will be taking part in Big Fun Walk! We will be walking 10 miles to help spread awareness and raise funds for North London Hospice. Every pound raised helps the hospice's care teams to provide the best quality palliative and end of life care and support for patients and families living with a life limiting illness.

Please help Team Jake to raise money for much needed funds for the North London Hospice charity.

Team Jake members

Bal (Jake's mum) Bubs (aka Samina), Donald, Toni, Ali and Leyla, Zac, Kenny and Sarah will be taking part in NLH Big Fun Walk on 18th May 2025. We will be walking 10 miles from Finchley Central to Westminster.

This is our first race that we have signed up for, so would be most grateful for any donations to help motivate us all and to raise funds for the hospice, to enable it to keep going so the wonderful staff can carry on giving the most wonderful end of life care that every patient deserves

For anyone who knows Jake you will know what an passion Jake has for football and what a great athlete Jake was and one of the biggest Arsenal fan ever. So please support us in our worthy cause.

This annual event is so important because all the services the hospice offers are provided completely free. With only 30% of funding coming from the NHS, they rely on donations from the community to raise over £16 million each year.
