As a family, we’re proud to be taking part in this year’s Sparkle Walk on Saturday 28th June 2025 to raise money for Ashgate Hospice, in loving memory of our amazing dad, husband, and grandad, Alan, who we recently lost to cancer.

Ashgate Hospice cared for Dad with compassion, respect, and warmth during his final days. Their incredible support extended to us as a family too, helping us feel held during one of the hardest times in our lives.

We’re walking not only to honour Dad’s memory, but to give back to the place that gave us comfort when we needed it most. Every step we take is a thank you and every penny raised helps ensure other families receive the same kindness and care.
