As many may know, Lynsey’s son Riley has a brain injury sustained at 6 months old. Now a 13 year old Adrenalin junkie - being given the opportunities that Adventure Therapy give him are a life line. A chance to do exactly what 13 year olds boys should do - where the fact that he has a brain injury is almost irrelevant. It is his and Lynsey’s safe space and they are forever grateful for the support from the whole team - especially Penny, Marj and Amy.

Elisa, Leigh, Paul and Phil have joined Lynsey in this challenge because they are also incredible and know how much this means. So they’re fundraising together - please give whatever you can, we know it’s tough at the moment.

The power of spending time outdoors in nature and adventure should not be under-estimated. Our activities improve vitality and resilience, aid rehabilitation, provide a sense of accomplishment, fortitude and improve overall wellbeing.
