At the Welsh Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Llandough, Cardiff we are fortunate to have a beautiful Garden and garden room for our patients and families to enjoy. This is a national event to ensure other Centres can enjoy such a facility and to support the development of our garden. Between patients, staff, volunteers and friends we aim to collectively travel a virtual Lands End to John O’Groats - a total of 907km during April - by pushing, walking, running, cycling or swimming. We are aiming for a pound a kilometre- with a huge effort we may complete a return journey! This is during April 2024

25th April and we have reached John o Groats and on our way back! A whopping 1,300 km and still counting!
