Mortgage Advice Bureau - Wenham Mortgages taking on Mount Snowdon

Daniel Wenham is raising money for WellChild

Taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) · 9 May 2026

WellChild is the national charity for seriously ill children. Thousands of children live with complex medical needs. Many spend months, or years in hospital because there is no support enabling them to leave. We exist to give these children the best chance to thrive: at home, with their families.

Story

We will be taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) in Wales to raise vital funds for WellChild, a charity that supports seriously ill children and their families across the UK.

Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales, standing at 1,085 metres (3,560 feet) above sea level. The climb is physically demanding, with steep paths, unpredictable weather, and long hours of walking – making it a real test of endurance and determination.

We are taking on this challenge to help WellChild continue their incredible work, providing essential care, support, and resources to children with complex medical needs, helping them thrive at home rather than in hospital.

Every donation, big or small, will make a genuine difference and help keep families together during the toughest times. Thank you so much for your support.
