Story
I'm taking part in two rides over July and June to raise money for a vital local homeless charity. I'm riding in memory of my parents (Helen and Bill) who we've recently lost.
I'm likely to suffer in the second with the ascent akin to 36% of Everest! So please pay to make me suffer.
On a serious note your support is excellent value for money ... Give £1 and my employer will match that. So with tax relief that £1 becomes £2.25.
Ride 1: 11th June Big Ride Home 200 miles. 3 days. 5 counties
Ride 2: 5th July Etape du Dales 104 miles >3200 meters ascent
I've seen first hand how this charity is helping the homeless and those facing severe hardships, including food and cost-of-living crises. Their work empowers vulnerable individuals to rebuild their lives and transition into independent living through housing, food programs, and recovery therapies.
