On Sunday the 26th May i will be running the Race For Men 3K with my dad to raise awareness for prostrate cancer and hopefully raise a little money for charity.

I have been training by doing junior Parkruns for the last six months when I turned 4, but this will be a bit longer than I have run before, so any support will be appreciated.
