Here at RSPCA Oxfordshire, most of our animals have been rescued from neglect and bad treatment by their previous owners. We look after and rehome dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small domestic animals.

Story

This October, I’ll be taking on the Abingdon Marathon to raise vital funds for RSPCA Oxfordshire.

My journey with running started when I took part in the Oxford Half-Marathon in 2023 to support this fantastic charity. Since then, I’ve caught the running bug and challenged myself even further by completing the Barrow and Downs Marathon in Salisbury last year.

This year, I’m lacing up my running shoes again, not just for the challenge, but because I believe in the amazing work RSPCA Oxfordshire does for animals who desperately need our help.

RSPCA Oxfordshire is a self-funded branch, relying entirely on local donations to carry out its work. From rescuing animals from neglect and abuse to providing medical care, rehabilitation, and finding them loving forever homes, every penny raised goes directly to support animals right here in our community.

If you’re able, please consider sponsoring me and supporting the amazing work of RSPCA Oxfordshire. Your donation will help give vulnerable animals a second chance at a happy life.

Thank you so much!
