On Saturday 14th October 2023, I am taking part in the Teneo South Coast Walking Challenge - a 25K hike along the south coast of England - to support Samaritans.

Teneo is proud to be supporting Samaritans until 2026 to help people who are struggling to cope.

Every life lost to suicide is a tragedy, and Samaritans' vision is that fewer people die by suicide. Every 90 minutes, someone in the UK or Ireland takes their own life. Samaritans is here for anyone struggling to cope - they take action to prevent people reaching crisis point and make sure there is always someone there for everyone. They give people the skills to look after their own mental and emotional health and wellbeing, build resilience, and support others, and campaign to make suicide prevention a priority.
