This year I will be taking part in the Great North Run raising money for MY Hospitals Charity.

Everyone who knows me knows I hate this race with a passion.

The first time I ran it I just didn't enjoy the crowds.

The second time I ran it it was hot and I really felt it so stopped for a beer at the beer station on the big hill near mile 11. I hope it's there again this year 🍺.

So this year I'm it's third time lucky, I will give it my best shot and I'll enjoy it.

When I cross start lines I cross finish lines.

The trust has a special place in my heart and as I celebrate 5 years cancer free this is my thankyou for the treatment and care I received in 2020.
