As many of you know, my wonderful Mum was diagnosed with dementia about five years ago. The Happy Days Café that we go to together has been an absolute lifeline — plus, Mum still knows all the words to the songs that are played which always amazes everyone.😅

The Carers Social gives me a chance to meet other carers, have a proper chat, and actually relax (though my tea often gets cold while I talk too much).

BDAA’s Hub is amazing, and I can’t thank them enough for everything they do.

To show my appreciation, I’m going bald for them! Yep… all my lovely hair is going. So please, dig deep, help me make it worth it, and support this incredible cause. Let’s make me look ridiculous for a good reason! 💛
