I have lost close relatives and friends with this cruel disease. We all know people whose lives have been devastated both directly and indirectly by dementia.

During February the month of my 70th birthday I intend to walk 70 kilometres to raise funds for Alzheimer’s research in lieu of presents.

Research is the only chance of changing the outcome for those affected. Your donation helps our scientists and researchers find new ways to diagnose dementia, develop new treatments and find a cure for dementia.
