Hi, it's that time of year again when I ask you to sponsor me for the Midnight Walk in aid of St. Luke's Hospice. They desperately need funds to continue their invaluable work giving end of life care to loved ones, whatever their illness and supporting their families.

Most of us will know of friends and relations that have received such care and know how vital it is that they can continue their great work.

This year I will be walking 13.1 miles with Laura Norman, Libby Long and Abbie Truscott and it will be a fun evening! Now that I've reached 70 and become an old codger, I hope you can be generous with your donations. Thank you so much xxx
