Aoife was a beautiful, kind and enthusiastic daughter, sister and friend who wanted to raise awareness and share her experience while going through treatment for ovarian cancer. She set up her public Instagram page to do this and also organised the walk for charity last year but sadly passed the day before the walk. We completed the walk in her honour and memory last year on her birthday and we thank everyone for all the love and support we’ve received.

As a family we’ve decided to carry on the walk for Ovacare in memory of Aoife for her year anniversary on Saturday 25th March.

Since Ovacare has done so much for Aoife personally, we’d like to give back to them and to support others going through their own ovarian cancer journey. We hope this also continues to raise awareness of the symptoms of this cancer.
