Strictly Maggie's 2024
Campaign by Maggie's Centres (RCN SC024414)
Strictly Maggie's is based on BBC's favourite TV show Strictly Come Dancing. There will be amazing participants partnered with a professional dancer, they will take to the dance floor to be crowned 'Strictly Maggie’s Champion 2024'.

Story

I volunteered and was lucky enough to be selected to take part in Strictly Maggie's 2024 dance competition to raise money for this wonderful charity in memory of my dearest and most beloved eldest sister Anne, who so sadly passed away two years ago after her long and extremely courageous battle against cancer.

I feel Annie would definitely approve of my participation in this event as she was a great fan of Strictly and of singing and dancing!

I am really looking forward to this challenge, alongside my fellow volunteer dancers and I hope to raise lots of money and encourage my friends and family to come along to what will be a wonderful evening of entertainment, fundraising and lots of fun!

At Maggie’s we help people take back control when cancer turns life upside down, with professional support for anything from treatment side effects to money worries. Our support is free, & no appointment or referral is needed. Funding will help us to continue to provide our blend of emotional & practical support for everyone who needs it on the Wirral. We receive no government funding and are proud of the strong community of people who support our centre with fundraising.
