Last year, my colleague and dear friend Naleer, was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease at just 48 years old. Naleer is a devoted and loving husband to his wife and father to his two young children. To show our love, admiration and support, I will be trekking across London, covering a distance of over 25 km on the 11th October.

Naleer has and continues to help and do so much for many people in many ways, always with a smile and a kind heart. If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, your support would be greatly appreciated. All the money raised will go directly to the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) charity who help to provide care and support for induvials and the families affected by motor neurone disease, while also funding research to hopefully one day find a cure.
