In March 2021 my wife lost her battle with Bowel cancer, a devastating loss not just for me but also our two sons, our granddaughter, family and friends.

I began running to try and improve my health, both physical and mental, and set myself a task of trying to raise money to contribute towards the treatment of bowel cancer.

On April 6th, just over 4 years from her death I will run a half marathon to do just that. Please support me in this effort with any amount you may be able to give, it will all help towards this research. Thank you ❤️
