Rutland Armed Forces Veterans are fund raising for Royal British Veterans Enterprise
We are a group of Rutland Veterans who in March will be swapping our beds for a sleeping bag under the stars to raise vital funds and awareness for veterans that are experiencing homeless in the UK right now.
With every penny raised, Royal British Legion Industries can provide safe, warm housing and ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to gain employment, regardless of health conditions or disability.
Please help us to raise much needed funds for this incredible cause.
This year we will be joined in our fundraising efforts by a team of Veterans who cannot sleep out with us but will instead be undertaking Tommy’s Quadrathon challenge 400km, run, walk, cycle and row over 8hrs to raise funds to support our homeless veterans.
Royal British Veterans Enterprise (RBVE) is a national charity. For more than a century, RBVE has been empowering veterans to rebuild their lives. They create jobs, provide homes, and build communities because these are the foundations of a fulfilling, independent life.
Many of the veterans they have supported live with physical or mental health challenges, and through their work to meet those needs, they've been able to expand their services
