I’m not exactly a seasoned cyclist, but in Spring 2026 I’ll be taking on a huge challenge as part of Pedalling to Pubs, joining a brilliant group of hospitality professionals to cycle across stunning landscapes, all in support of two charities that mean a great deal to me and all of us at Fleet Street.

We’ll be raising funds for Only A Pavement Away and the Licensed Trade Charity, two organisations doing phenomenal work to support people in our industry who are facing incredibly tough circumstances, including homelessness, poverty, and personal hardship. Their work is life-changing, and I’m proud to be doing my part to help.

I’m committed to training hard over the coming months to make sure I’m ready and to honour the causes we’re riding for. If you’re able to support, I’d be so grateful. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference and everything raised will go directly to the charities.
