On World Mental Health Day (10 October), I’ll be taking on the challenge of walking across hot coals to raise money and awareness for mental health.
Mental health affects us all, whether directly or through the people we love. Too often, stigma, silence, or lack of resources prevents people from getting the help they need. That’s why I’m supporting the Mental Health Foundation, whose mission is to create a world where everyone can thrive with good mental health.
