We are embarking on a 3 week long personal trek to reach the peak of Mt Lobuche East, starting from Lukla airport, on 3rd August 2026. This journey is not just a test of endurance but a mission to support the vital work of the Nimsdai Foundation. The Nimsdai Foundation is dedicated to uplifting mountain communities in some of the world’s most remote and fragile environments. Through education, environmental protection, and practical support, they create safer futures and real opportunities for those who call these mountains home. One urgent focus is the Mahila feeder school, which provides essential education and shelter for young people but now faces critical structural instability that threatens its very existence.
