A challenge to 'outrun' the mileage covered by a London Ambulance on an average shift responding to emergencies in the Capital. Choose the activity and time-frame to suit you or with a team. You just need to beat the distance by 1 mile!

Story

Please sponsor my Outrun an Ambulance challenge. Your donations will be used to fund more life-saving equipment in the capital, improve the health and wellbeing of staff and volunteers of LAS, and increase community resilience through CPR training and installing public-access defibrillators in areas of deprivation across the capital. ​
