These images from the earthquake are breaking me.

Help as much as you can. Maybe your form of helping is spreading awareness or maybe it's donating to the cause. Whatever it is, it's part of the larger good and this is a collective effort. If you are donating, do your research on the charity and see how they spend their finances (Tax forms and audits should be on their websites).

As we continue to see disparity, chaos, and grief, all around the world, remember to be grateful. Practice sitting down and counting every blessing you have. From your eyesight that lets you read this post to the mind that can facilitate and understand every word. Remind yourself of all that you have been blessed with. We're always so stuck up on things we don't have, what we wish our lives can be. Gratitude is one of the keys to happiness and acknowledging all the good in our lives is the foundation for abundance.

Tell your loved ones you love them as often as you can. Do not wait til tomorrow to let them know how much they mean to you.

Rescue and relief efforts are continuing in full force.
