Why We’re Raising Money
You know, every week we talk about pain. About healing. About injustice and survival. And every week, I get messages from people asking the same question:
“How can I help?”
And that’s why we’ve launched the That’s Life Emergency Advocacy Fund.
Because the truth is, awareness isn’t always enough. Not when Indigenous women are vanishing without a trace. Not when rape kits sit untested. Not when survivors are being ignored because their skin is brown, their story is uncomfortable, or their truth threatens the status quo.
We’re raising money to act.
To fund emergency resources, legal support, and advocacy for victims and families who are running out of time.
To support organizations already doing the work—but badly underfunded.
To help people who’ve lost everything get just a little bit back.
Every dollar you give goes directly to supporting boots-on-the-ground organizations, survivor-led initiatives, and legal teams fighting for justice when the system fails.
And let me be real: if we wait for the system to fix itself, we’ll be waiting forever.
This isn’t just a podcast—it’s a movement.
So if you’ve ever listened to this show and thought, “I wish I could do more,”
Now’s your chance.
Donate today to the That’s Life Emergency Advocacy Fund.
Let’s make noise. Let’s make change. And let’s do it together.
