To celebrate and raise funds for this incredible cause, we are taking on a personal challenge: a charity football match in fancy dress followed by a team 'rowathon' on an indoor rowing machine. Our goal is to row the equivalent distance of the English Channel and back—68,000 meters—on 30 August 2026. This event honours one of the players' grandad (an Ashwood regular and favourite) turning 80 years old and shines a light on the power of community and sport.
