This December, Bluebird Care teams across the country are swapping blue uniforms for blue Santa hats, warming up their vocal cords, and spreading festive cheer for a brilliant cause - raising money for Alzheimer’s Society.

You’ll find us singing in the streets, belting out carols in the office, surprising customers with doorstep jingles, and generally turning December into one giant, joyful, slightly off-key Christmas musical. 🎶💙
