For our beautiful husband and daddy, Nick. We miss you beyond words. We know you’d tell us ‘you got this!’. To say thank you to St Luke’s for showing complete respect, compassion and care when needed the most. The angels who cared for him for the worst 10 weeks of our lives who become our family.
