This year, as we celebrate our 10th Anniversary, we want to use our milestone for something bigger than ourselves: supporting Men Matter Scotland.

Men Matter Scotland is a mens mental health and suicide prevention charity that works tirelessly to support men struggling with their mental health. They provide safe spaces, peer support, and community connections that save lives. Their work tackles stigma, breaks isolation, and helps men find hope again.

To mark our anniversary, we’re running a 10-day giveaway on our social media channels. But more than prizes, what we really want is to shine a light on Men Matter Scotland and raise vital funds for their life-saving work.
