A group of us Fogs are heading to our homeland of Nenagh, Tipperary on 22nd Feb to run or walk a 10k, or if you’re John, a half marathon. Jess is also going to be taking on the Yorkshire Wolds trail run half marathon on 1st March.

Manchester Royal Infirmary is the hospital where I donated a kidney to my amazing Mum Debbie in November. The team there are nothing short of exceptional and we would like to raise some money for Kidneys for Life as a way of saying thank you for the care they gave us.

KFL are a charity based out of the Manchester Royal Infirmary who do many great things, most notably raising money for research into transplantation, dialysis and other diseases that affect the kidneys, and funding the purchase of life-saving medical equipment.
