This year, the 4 of us have decided to take part in the Alder Hey Santa Paddle.

It’s a 2.5km kayak across the Albert dock, whilst being head to toe in Christmas gear, including the kayak on Saturday 29th November at 5:00pm. The idea is to light up the docks with the magic of lights.

The reason we have chosen this event is because Alder Hey provided an exceptional service, and we’ve seen first hand just how amazing they are. We feel if we can raise even just the minimum target, it will help to fund equipment and keep this amazing organisation going.

Recently, our friend and her family have been in and out of Alder Hey for the past 18 months and we are so thankful for the support and care they have received.
