PASS THE PLATE AT THE GREYHOUND 🥄

We’re getting stuck in for Pass the Plate, Young’s partnership with Wooden Spoon, rugby’s children’s charity, raising money to help tackle child hunger across the UK.

Here at The Greyhound, we’ve got a few things planned to raise as much as we can, including a bake sale on the 17th September, a charity tombola from the 18th to 19th September, and, on the big day, The Greyhound takes on The Duke’s Head in a tug of war on Saturday 19th September! 💪

1 in 3 children living in poverty are at risk of going hungry. That’s 4.3 million children. Pass the Plate helps support breakfast clubs and food banks, making sure children have the food and energy they need to learn and play.

Last year, Young’s fundraising provided an incredible 19,886 meals.

So come down, get involved, back your team and help us Pass the Plate. Every penny raised will help make a difference.
