Hi Everyone,
Thank you so much for taking the time to view our fundraiser page- we appreciate you!
The H Foundation is collaborating with the wonderful Help me Ronda Coaching for this fantastic challenge to raise money for ADHD UK.
♥️ Here is Ronda's story...
For those who don’t know me or my story, I am Ronda from Help Me Ronda Coaching and last year I was officially diagnosed with ADHD. Over the years I have suffered with anxiety and struggled in various areas of my life- turns out the problem (or gift, shall I say) is that my brain is unique! It has been and still is an ongoing journey, learning about myself and my neurodivergent ways.
ADHD is legally considered a disability under the Equality Act 2010. However, the support, as with many additional needs, is sometimes hard to access so we have to rely on charities, such as ADHD UK.
I have worked in education most of my life and supported thousands of children with SEN (Special Educational Needs) and I personally feel the strain and struggle on families where there is limited support. ADHD UK have an amazing website which is helping me to understand myself better, however they could do with a little help from myself and Taz at The H Foundation.
I met Taz a few years ago as we both teach children’s yoga; we do this to support families to help children to find a place of calm and learn self-regulation skills. Our hope is that these children will grow and be less stressed in today’s face-paced world. Yoga and mindfulness also help me and my ADHD brain to keep calm when it gets too much for me!
♥️ Here is Taz's story....
I am a proud ambassador of ADHD UK and a SEND parent. I have been fundraising for a few years now and what better reason to fundraise for ADHD UK since I've become an ambassador. More awareness and understanding needs to take place in our community around ADHD and I'm always happy to advocate for this cause.
I have my youngest child also taking part (he loves fundraising) so please support him and donate what you can. It would make him so happy.
Our fundraiser will take place on the 30th November 2025. We will be swinging amongst the trees at GO APE, Chelmsford. Ronda is a little scared of heights and Taz is not a great fan either especially as she did the challenge in 2022 and promised never again!! So this will definitely push us out of our comfort zone and all for a fantastic cause!
We would be so grateful for your support and any donation, no matter how small will mean the world to us and help raise awareness for ADHDers like Ronda.
Thank you so much.
Team ADHD UK
