The Institute for Social Value's fundraiser for WaterAid

Walking 5K a Day for WaterAid – Isabelle Parasram OBE at NWG Festival
Hi, I'm Isabelle Parasram OBE, CEO of The Institute for Social Value.
This week, I’m walking 5K every day during the Northumbrian Water Group Innovation Festival (where I’m also speaking) to raise money for WaterAid – a charity co-founded by the UK water industry, including NWG, in 1981.
Earlier this year, I led a team from The Institute for Social Value in the #WalkForWater challenge. We walked in solidarity with girls like Sarumu, aged 13, who travels miles each day to collect water – time that could be spent learning, resting or playing.
The original challenge may be over, but the need remains. Your support can make clean water, education and dignity a reality for more women and girls.
Please give what you can - thank you.
