We are running the Blenheim 7K to raise awareness and funds for the Iuventas Foundation, which is a coaching and mentoring charity supporting young people in Oxfordshire between the age of 13-25. Many of the young people being supported suffer from poor mental health, may be young carers themselves, many are awaiting diagnosis and finding it hard to navigate the school system, some are struggling to enter the workplace, many are living with very difficult circumstances at home.

Your donation makes a huge difference in giving these young people a safe space each week to be able to breathe, process, plan, learn coping strategies, acquire life skills, and most importantly feel heard and seen.
