As many of you know I feel passionately about giving young people the support they need to thrive. The Iuventas Foundation allows young people in Oxfordshire to have a space to be seen and heard during their teenage years and beyond. On the 11th July 2026 I will be swimming from Finland to Sweden at midnight, not only crossing the boarder but also crossing the Arctic Circle. I am doing this to raise much needed funds, but also to take myself out of my comfort zone, as I ask young people to do this weekly in our sessions together. I'm working on the cold water thing, I'm closing my eyes to the fish in the sea (I'm allergic to them and terrified), I'm making small steps on the fitness front, I'm really wanting to arrive before I leave - your turn to work that one out.
