We will be taking part in a 'Hot Ones'-style challenge in partnership with our good friends at DB Shack in Basildon to raise money for men's mental health charity Talk Club on Tuesday 7th May. This is a subject matter very close to all of us in The Karma Effect, as we have all dealt with mental health struggles in the past. We think it’s incredibly important that we break the stigmas and stereotypes that surround men’s mental health and get men talking.

Talk Club are a fantastic charity who host regular group sessions for men to talk openly and freely about their experiences with mental health, and who are making it their mission to change the numbers. Currently 76% of all suicides are male, making suicide the biggest killer of men under the age of 60.

Any donation you can make is greatly appreciated, and 100% of all donations will be going directly to Talk Club to support the excellent work they are doing in breaking the stigmas around men's mental health.
