On the morning of Thursday, 9 July I am heading back to my old stomping grounds and taking on the Lloyd’s Foundation and The Lady Mayor and Mayoral Consort's Abseil Challenge 2026 at the Lloyd’s of London Building.

Having spent many years in and out of the Lloyd’s Building, I am no stranger to abseiling down its exterior! I have now convinced the Mayoral Consort to join me, and we are very much looking forward to taking on the challenge together — and celebrating safely back on the ground at the bottom. Please do help us raise funds for the appeal by donating whatever you can; no amount is too small.

All the money we raise will go towards The Appeal, who proudly the Combined Cadet Force Association and West Ham Foundation. I would like to say a huge thank you in advance for your support!
