Story
On 9th June, members of the Richmond borough community will be able to hear from, engage with, and support local grassroots charities at OneRichmond’s exciting new Dragons’ Den-style event. The Mulberry Centre is one of the charities pitching in front of four Dragons.
Join in with the Dragons in giving back to The Mulberry Centre and their vital work to support people in need in our borough. Your donations will be a huge part of the night and will make the impact that much greater.
“In our 25th anniversary year, The Mulberry Centre is delighted to be pitching at OneRichmond’s Dragons’ Den, helping us reach hundreds of Richmond residents affected by cancer with a variety of free services.”
The Mulberry Centre is an independent cancer support charity that first opened its doors in 2001, offering a range of individualised, free services. Located on the grounds of West Middlesex University Hospital, one of the few hospitals that Richmond borough residents access, they are a place of friendship and support for anyone affected by cancer, including patients, carers and the bereaved. The Mulberry Centre improves lives by enhancing emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing through counselling, complementary therapies, wellbeing classes, welfare advice, and more.
