Who we are…

Hello, we are The Quad Squad, a group of Scottish adventurers (Adam, Donald, Kayleigh and Nick) brought together by a shared love for taking on challenges.

The challenge…

The Quad Squad will be taking on the Tour de 4 Red Ride — 56 miles of tough Scottish roads to raise funds and awareness for the fight against cancer.

The Tour de 4 is Sir Chris Hoy’s vision: to show that a stage-4 cancer diagnosis doesn’t define a life, and to rally support for five charities at the heart of that mission — Breast Cancer Now, Cancer Research UK, Macmillan, Maggie’s, and Prostate Cancer UK.

This ride is our way of standing alongside everyone whose lives have been touched by cancer. Every hill we climb, every mile we ride, and every pound we raise will help bring research forward, care to those who need it, and hope to us all.

The charity…

Maggie’s provides free cancer support and information in welcoming centres across the UK and online. Their centres are built alongside NHS hospitals and offer a calm, uplifting space where people with cancer, and their families, can find emotional support, practical advice, and a caring community. From help with treatment side effects to managing finances, or simply having someone to talk to, Maggie’s is there every step of the way.
