We are writing on behalf of our local community to kindly ask for your support for an upcoming fundraising event in aid of Ovarian Cancer Action (charity no. 1109743), which will be held on the 13th of June.

This event is particularly close to our hearts, as we are raising money following the recent diagnosis of a dear friend who has just undergone her first treatment for ovarian cancer.

She is a truly valued and much-loved member of our community—having served on the community committee, run the village youth club, supported our local football team tirelessly, and previously worked in our pub. Her impact on the lives of so many people here has been immense, and we are coming together to support her and others affected by this disease.

As part of the day, we will be holding a raffle to help raise vital funds for the charity. We would be incredibly grateful if you would consider donating a prize. Any contribution, big or small, would make a meaningful difference and be greatly appreciated.
