Help Change a Young Person’s Story

This year, we’re raising funds to send our children and young people from Clapton to The Salvation Army's Easter and Summer camps… and we’d love your support.

These camps are so much more than a week away. They’re life-changing experiences.

Each residential week costs The Salvation Army over £200 per young person, and this year alone we’ve already sent 6 young people to Easter camp, with 15 heading to Summer Camp next month. That’s over £3,000 being invested by the church… and we’re aiming to raise £5,000 to help cover this year and continue supporting opportunities like this in the future.

At these camps, young people find:

✨ Fun, friendship, and a safe place to belong

✨ Confidence and new skills

✨ Space to grow, reflect, and be encouraged

✨ Moments that can genuinely shape their future

To help make this happen, our young people are stepping up themselves… taking on fundraising events, including a sponsored 10K walk. They’re giving their energy, time, and effort… and we’re asking if you might join them by giving what you can.

Every donation, big or small, goes directly towards helping a young person experience something that could stay with them for a lifetime.
