Story

The Sam Lobban Trophy is charity sevens rugby tournament hosted annually in at Aberdeen Wanderers RFC home ground to raise funds for Mental Health Aberdeen.

The Sam Lobban Trophy is held in Sam’s memory after he sadly passed away in 2018. The event is organised by family and close friends of Sam who want to help raise awareness of the importance of mental health - particularly the issue of suicide among young men.
